Fit and Trim was founded in February 2006 to give you the UK community info you need on healthy weight loss, nutrition, fitness and health issues.
We feel that a lot of the other healthy weight loss, dieting and fitness sites out there don't address people's real needs for simple, honest, understandable information. Nor do they provide the community interaction and support you need. We aim to change all that!
