The Blood Type Diet
Blood Type Diet Summary
The Blood Type diet is based on the belief that people of different blood types need different foods, based on human evolution. So find out your blood type, then follow the diet that's right for you! A bit like horoscopes...

This diet was outlined by Dr Peter D'Adamo in the book Eat Right For Your Type
. D'Adamo based his work on the evolutionary theory of blood types developed by William Boyd before him. He grouped Boyd's thirteen races together by blood group, and developed dietary rules for each type.
