well, ive managed to finally loose my lower belly fat... this has been a goal of mine for a long time as its the most difficult part of the body to loose fat. It took alot of discipline, but it actually happended quite fast. Ive been on the 1000 calorie per day diet and NEVER eating large meals.... plus taking my supplements glucofast fat burn & hoodia appetite suppressant from www. dreambodyhealth . co . uk the hoodia product was priceless, as usually i would have been starving on a 1000 calorie diet but the hoodia really stops you from getting hungry or cravings. The rest of the thanks goes to my workout, ab crunches everyday among many other ab workouts 5 days a week in the gym at evenings but also every morning 7 days a week when i wake up i do standing ''knee ups'' for 5 minutes and 5 minutes of ''horizontal leg raises''. So if anybody else is looking for a flat stomache just take my word for it, its easy and can be done quick (in one month) but you need to be disciplined for that 1 month and combine good diet, with supplements & training.
