Hi,
Im currently on a 1000 calories diet per day, im also taking a hoodia chaser appetite suppressant & Lipoway fat burner from dreambodyhealth . co . uk . Im loosing weight fast, which is great, but my holiday is coming up soon and i need to speed up the process even more. Is it safe for a women to drop below 1000 calories per day? Any info on this would be much appreciated. Thankyou very much. |

Good name. I'm on 500 a day - well thats what I say to myself because although the food may add up to 500 cals I forget about the cups of tea and maybe the odd brazil nut, so I guess it's around 700 - so YEH go for it but I'm not sure you will lose it any quicker as maybe you've plateaued. I've been trying to lose a stone since last August and I haven't lost a bean. In the beginning I was exercising 5 times a week but now I've decided I'll do it my way without any WW or whatever else diets. In my case if I eat 1300 cals a day I dont lose anything. The only thing with me is to basically eat hardly anything. But in your case maybe you should go and buy fish'n'chips and have a good tuck in and that might start you metabolism going again - strange eh. I only want to lose 1 stone - what about you ? |
