Need software

Does anyone know of any software where we can maintain dairy how much we lose weight

. I am not sure how much I lose weight on monthly basis, so need something handy

I don't think there are softwares for that matter and even if there are I guess it will cost a lot of dollars so I suggest you better stick to weighing scale because this won't hurt your pocket and I believe that it will give you the same results, IMO.
