I’ve been on the Ryvita summer fit challenge for exactly a week now. I definitely feel less bloated than I did before, and this is just by changing my daily intake of bread to crispbread for breakfast and lunch. The Ryvita site (www.ryvita.co.uk) has been really helpful to keep me motivated as they have loads of topping suggestions and even recipes for meals to have for dinner in the plan that you can download. They even supply a shopping list for each week that you can follow. I have never really been very good at sticking to healthy eating so hopefully i can follow it through for at least the 2 weeks. Has anyone done this challenge? If you have, how have you found it?

That's great. Following their nutritional diet plans would be a great help to keep you fit but don't forget to take regularly exercise because the combination of both diet and exercise can do better. Good luck then!
