Anyone tried the Atkins Diet?

What did you think of old Dr Atkins and his no-carbs diet? Did the Atkins Diet work for you?

Yep, tried it, seemed to work for a couple of weeks but not sure if I didn't stick it or the effects wore off as by a couple of months I was back where i started .... felt unhelathy too, all that meat and stuff

Anyone else? Worth another try?

Yes it did work for me. I did lose weight

by 2 stones, but after two months, i had nauseating sensation, so just stopped it. It did work well though

I heard the same claims with you guys so it seems that atkins diet has an after side effects. Not a good idea.
